How to recognise high quality coffee?
Workshops on the basics of taste and quality of the coffee.
During the workshop, we discover what flavours can be found in coffee. Through comparative tasting, we learn what cupping is, what it procedure and purpose is. By tasting different coffees, the commonly known as well as the specialty ones, we learn how to recognise and determine the quality of the prepared coffee.
