To ensure that, during our cooperation I will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your production needs, we will design a precise action plan and the required standardisation tailored to your requirements, implement a system for evaluating coffee quality and consistency, and finally \u2014 I will professionally train your team, developing their skills to the highest industry level. <\/p>\n

I also believe that evaluating green coffee, creating flavour descriptions, and assessing roasted coffee quality can be less complicated than it seems. It\u2019s true that these processes require extensive knowledge and expert experience, but they are not inherently complex nor reserved only for people with natural predispositions. <\/p>\n

Let me reassure you \u2014 this isn\u2019t quantum physics. Sensory analysis, which is used for this purpose, is also for ordinary people, and it can be simple, practical, and logical. <\/p>\n

Beginnings<\/h2>\n \n

My entire professional life has been connected with coffee. It all began in 2004, when I started my first job as a barista at the coffee shop of the Tchibo roastery. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Between 2008 and 2010, I gained experience as a shift supervisor and internal barista trainer in the \u201cI Coffee\u201d caf\u00e9 chain owned by RUCH S.A.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For the next three years, I developed my skills as a customer consultant and trainer at Strauss Cafe \u2014 the producer of MK Cafe coffee. My responsibilities included learning how to build long-term cooperation with clients. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

From 2013, I worked for one of the first specialty coffee roasteries in Poland \u2014 Coffee Proficiency, where I continuously collaborated with, trained, and consulted caf\u00e9 staff and owners, further developing experience in long-term cooperation based on competence and trust.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
