What challenge was the client facing?

Ania, an employee of a financial-sector corporation, decided to make a radical career change and create her own coffee brand called “Wypalona.” Her lack of experience in the coffee industry, limited knowledge of the roasting process, assessing bean quality, and developing a sales strategy meant she needed comprehensive support. The main challenges were:
